Directions: Apply to a dry surface by using a palette knife, paint brush, sea sponge, texturing tool, or other similar tools. \u00a0Add coloured pigments such as Colour Blast Shimmer Dusts or Colour Blast Mica Powders. \u00a0Use only a small amount of these pigments and mix to a consistency suitable for your project.<\/p>\n
